30 YEARS IN THE MAKING
1992 — Power’s founders, Adam & Jeff Kaliner, start Power Windows & Siding out of their Delaware apartment with the goal of transforming the remodeling industry.
1995 — Future executives, J.D. Diskin and Rob Borislow, join Power.
1999 — Power’s third office opens in Mount Laurel, NJ.
2003 — Future co-CEOs, Asher Raphael and Corey Schiller, join Power as entry-level employees.
2007 — The Great Recession hits, sending the housing market and the economy into a downward spiral, but Power’s growth continues to soar.
2009 — Power opens offices in Edison, New Jersey and Greenbelt, MD launching our national expansion plan.
2010 — Power opens an office in Trumbull, Connecticut, and adds roofing and attic insulation to the product mix.
2011 — The company rebrands as Power Home Remodeling Group, and partners with childhood cancer non-profit, Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Power continues to grow rapidly, opening offices in Long Island, NY, Boston, MA, and Atlanta, GA.

2012 — Tech start-up wiz, Timothy Wenhold, joins Power and further solidifies our commitment to building a best-in-class proprietary software, NITRO. Power expands into Chicago, IL.
2013 — Corey Schiller is named Chief Executive Officer.
2014 — Power expands into Detroit, MI.
2015 — Asher Raphael is named Co-Chief Executive Officer and Power expands into Houston, TX.
2016 — The Power Veterans and Power Women’s initiatives are created. Power opens offices in Denver, CO and Dallas, TX.
2017 — The Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Initiative is created and Power’s Tampa, FL office opens for business.
2018 — Powers opens an office in Austin, TX.
2018 — Qualified Remodeler names Power the largest residential re-roofer in the United States and the company gains national attention for its #PhillyWantsLeBron campaign.
2019 — Power opens offices in Nashville, TN and Charlotte, NC and adds solar to our product mix, continuing the journey to become a more sustainable and planet-friendly company. The Power Code Academy and the Dan Price Craftsmanship Academy are launched to develop technology and trade talent internally.
2020 — Qualified Remodeler names Power #1 on their Home Improvement Pro 200 list.
2021 — Former Zappos Chief Human Resources Officer Hollie Delaney joins Power as Chief People Officer. Power expands into the West Coast, opening an office in Phoenix, AZ.
2022 — Power opens an office in Pittsburg, PA, celebrates 30 years in business and reaches one-billion-dollars in revenue for the first time.
2023 — Power opens an office in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
